If your order is heading to the wrong address, here's what you can do:
UK deliveries (DPD)
Once your Huel order has shipped, you can make changes directly in the My DPD app.
You can update house numbers or minor address details, or redirect your parcel to a neighbour or Pickup shop.
Large address changes (like a different town or postcode) aren't always possible once your parcel is in transit.
If you spot the issue early
Say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist right away with your order number and the correct address.
If your Huel order hasn't been picked or shipped yet, we may be able to update the delivery address for you.
Important to know
If your order is already out for delivery, rerouting options are limited to what the DPD courier allows.
If your parcel can't be delivered to the wrong address, it may be returned to us and we'll arrange a resend or refund (minus carrier costs if applicable).
