If your Huel order is heading to the wrong address, here's what you can do depending on the status of your Huel order.


UK deliveries (DPD)

Once your Huel order has shipped, you can make changes directly in the My DPD app.

You can update:

  • House numbers or minor address details for your Huel delivery

  • Redirect your Huel parcel to a neighbour or DPD Pickup shop

Larger address changes aren't always possible — Large address changes (like a different town or postcode) aren't always possible once your Huel parcel is in transit.
