Yes — you can authorise someone else to receive your delivery.

UK deliveries (DPD)
• DPD may deliver to a nominated neighbour if you’re not home.
• You can confirm your preferred neighbour in the My DPD app.
• You can also choose to have your parcel delivered to a Pickup shop, where someone can collect it on your behalf with ID.

International deliveries (FedEx)
• FedEx may allow another person to sign for your delivery at the same address.
• Options vary by country, so check your tracking link for details.

Important to know
• The authorised person may be asked to provide photo ID and proof of address when collecting from a Pickup shop.
• Once a parcel is signed for or collected, Huel and the courier consider the delivery completed.

👉 Manage your delivery preferences via your courier tracking link, or see more info here: Delivery Questions page.
