If your tracking hasn't updated, don't worry β this can happen for a few reasons.
1. Carrier delay
Sometimes the courier (DPD, Royal Mail, FedEx) takes time to scan and update your parcel in their system.
Updates often appear within 24 hours.
2. Order just shipped
If you've only just received your shipping confirmation, your tracking link may not show movement until the courier processes it at their depot.
3. Multiple parcels
Large orders (like Ready-to-Drink or multi-item bundles) may be split. Some parcels update sooner than others.
4. International shipments
Tracking may pause while your parcel clears customs. Updates resume once it's processed locally.
What to do
Allow 24 hours for the next tracking scan.
Check your courier's app (e.g. DPD app) for the latest updates.
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 3 working days, contact us through chat and we'll investigate.
