I didn't get my delivery. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear your Huel delivery hasn't arrived β€” let's get this sorted.

1. Check your tracking

  • Use the tracking link in your Huel shipping confirmation email for the latest updates.

  • It may show if your parcel has been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

2. Look for delivery notices

  • Check if a card or notification has been left by the courier.

  • If you live in a block of flats or shared building, ask your front desk, neighbours, or check your postal/locker room.

3. Still missing?

  • If your Huel parcel hasn't arrived after following the steps above, say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Have your order number ready so we can investigate with the courier.

  • If we're contacted outside the 7-day window, it may not be possible to recover costs from the courier.
