If you haven't received your order confirmation email, here are some things to check.
1. Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes order confirmation emails from Huel land in spam or junk folders instead of your inbox.
Search for your Huel order confirmation: Search your entire email account (including spam and junk folders) for "Huel" or "Your Huel order confirmation" to locate the email.
2. Verify the email address you used
Make sure you're checking the email account you used when placing your Huel order.
Did you mistype your email? If you mistyped your email address at checkout, your order confirmation won't arrive at the correct address. Check the email address you entered and look for the confirmation in any accounts associated with similar email addresses.
3. Allow time for processing
Order confirmation emails usually arrive within minutes, but can take a little longer during busy periods.
Give it some time: If you've only just placed your order, wait 15–30 minutes and check again.
4. Check your payment status
Double-check your bank or PayPal account to confirm the payment went through for your Huel order.
No payment taken? If no payment has been taken from your account, your Huel order may not have been completed. Try placing your order again.
