I didn't receive my order confirmation, what should I do?
If you haven't received your order confirmation email, here are some things to check:
1. Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes order confirmation emails from Huel land in spam or junk folders.
Search for "Huel" or "Your Huel order confirmation" in your email inbox.
2. Verify the email address you used
Make sure you're checking the email account you used when placing your Huel order.
If you mistyped your email address at checkout, the order confirmation won't arrive at the correct address.
3. Allow time for processing
Order confirmation emails usually arrive within minutes, but can take a little longer during busy periods.
4. Check your payment status
Double-check your bank or PayPal account to confirm the payment went through for your order.
If no payment has been taken from your account, your Huel order may not have been completed.
