Why haven’t I received my referral reward yet?

"Missing referral reward: check friend's order complete, minimum £60 spent, referral link used, allow processing time, check spam folder, contact us to investigate."

If you haven't received your referral reward yet, here are the most common reasons.


1. Your friend hasn't completed their first Huel order

You only receive your £15 referral reward once your friend's first Huel order is fully processed and confirmed.

Check the status: Ask your friend whether their order has arrived or been delivered.


2. Minimum spend not met

Your friend's order must be at least £60 to qualify for the referral reward.

Confirm the order amount: Check that your friend's order total was £60 or more.


3. Your referral wasn't tracked properly

Make sure your friend placed their Huel order using your referral link or by entering your name at checkout.

If they didn't use one of these methods, your referral reward won't be applied.


4. Allow time for processing

Referral rewards are usually sent shortly after your friend's Huel order is confirmed.

In some cases, it can take up to a few days for your referral reward email to arrive.


5. Check your email spam or junk folder

Your referral reward email may have landed in spam or junk.

Search for it: Look through your spam and junk folders for an email containing "Huel Referral Reward."
