Why does my order not show in my account?

If your order isn't showing in your Huel account, there are a few common reasons why this might happen.


1. Wrong email address

Orders are tied to the email address you used at checkout. If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you're logging in with the one linked to your Huel order.

Check which email you used: Search your email inbox (including spam and junk folders) for your Huel order confirmation. The email address on that confirmation is the account you need to log into.


2. Wrong regional Huel store

Huel accounts are store-specific (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.). If you're logged into the wrong regional store, your order history won't display.

Switch to your correct regional store: Use the flag selector at the bottom of the Huel website to change to the UK store (or whichever region you ordered from).


3. System delay

Occasionally, it can take a short while for recent Huel orders to appear in your account after checkout. Allow a little time and check again in a few hours.


4. Still not showing?

If none of the above apply, say "talk to a human" and we'll connect you with a specialist to help investigate. Have your order number ready (you can find this in your order confirmation email).
