Why does my order not show in my account?

If your order isn't showing in your Huel account, there are a few common reasons why this might happen:

1. Wrong email address

  • Orders are tied to the email address you used at checkout.

  • If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you're logging in with the one linked to your Huel order.

2. Wrong regional Huel store

  • Huel accounts are store-specific (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.).

  • If you're logged into the wrong regional store, your order history won't display.

  • Use the flag at the bottom of the website to switch to your correct regional Huel store.

3. System delay

  • Occasionally, it can take a short while for recent Huel orders to appear in your account.

  • Allow a little time before checking again.

4. Still not showing?

  • If none of the above apply, say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist to help. Have your order number ready.
