If your order isn't showing in your Huel account, there are a few common reasons why this might happen:
1. Wrong email address
Orders are tied to the email address you used at checkout.
If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you're logging in with the one linked to your Huel order.
2. Wrong regional Huel store
Huel accounts are store-specific (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.).
If you're logged into the wrong regional store, your order history won't display.
Use the flag at the bottom of the website to switch to your correct regional Huel store.
3. System delay
Occasionally, it can take a short while for recent Huel orders to appear in your account.
Allow a little time before checking again.
