Sometimes your Huel order may be split into more than one parcel and delivered separately. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong with your Huel order — read on to understand why this happens and what to expect.
Why your Huel order is split into multiple deliveries
Size and weight — Large Huel orders (such as Ready-to-Drink bottles, Daily A–Z, or bulk quantities) may be packed into multiple parcels to ensure safe delivery and faster processing.
Courier weight and size limits — Our delivery partners have parcel weight and size restrictions. Splitting your Huel order into multiple parcels allows each one to meet these limits.
Different fulfillment warehouses — Some items in your Huel order may be shipped from different warehouses, which means your Huel order parcels may leave at different times.
What to expect when your Huel order arrives in multiple parcels
Your Huel order parcels may arrive on different days — this is normal.
You'll receive a separate tracking link for each parcel in your shipping confirmation email.
You won't be charged extra shipping — splitting your Huel order into multiple deliveries does not affect your shipping fee.
Track each parcel of your Huel order
Check your Shipment Confirmation email for tracking links for all parcels from your Huel order. Use each tracking link to see where that specific parcel is and when it will arrive.
