Why is my order arriving in multiple deliveries ?

Sometimes your order may be split into more than one delivery — don’t worry, this is normal.

Why it happens
• Size and weight: Large orders (e.g. Ready-to-Drink, Daily A–Z, or bulk items) may be packed into multiple parcels.
• Courier limits: Our delivery partners have parcel weight and size restrictions.
• Different fulfilment points: Some items may be shipped from different warehouses.

Important to know
• Parcels may arrive on different days, but you’ll get tracking links for each shipment.
• You won’t be charged extra — splitting deliveries doesn’t affect your shipping fee.
• Check your shipping confirmation email for all tracking details.
