What to do

  1. Take clear photos of: • The shipping label on the box • The outside of the box, showing the damage • The inside of the box and any damaged items

  2. Share these photos with us in the chat along with your order number

  3. Our team will investigate with the courier and arrange a solution

What you can expect Your solution depends on the damage and contents:

  • Minor packaging damage (items intact): We may offer a voucher for inconvenience

  • Items damaged/unusable: We'll replace the damaged items

  • Packaging tampered or severely compromised: We'll replace the full order

  • Items missing due to damage: We'll replace the missing items + provide a voucher for inconvenience

  • Multiple issues: Say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist to assess and arrange the appropriate solution

Important to know

  • Please keep all packaging until your issue has been resolved — this helps our courier investigation

  • If multiple parcels were sent, only the damaged box needs reporting
