Our Huel Shakers are built to last, but if yours needs a replacement cap, seal, or other part due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear, we've got you covered. We can't sell individual parts online, but we can issue free replacements through our support team for eligible claims.
What we can replace (manufacturing defects and normal wear)
The Huel Shaker replacement program covers manufacturing defects and normal wear only:
Shaker caps that won't seal properly
Seals and gaskets that deteriorate
Lids that crack or break from normal use
Grid components that wear out
Other shaker components with manufacturing defects
What we cannot replace (customer misuse)
The Huel Shaker is not designed for use in blenders or other high-speed appliances. The following are not covered by our replacement program:
Damage caused by using the Huel Shaker in a blender or food processor
Damage from dropping, crushing, or physical impact
Damage from extreme heat or freezing
Damage from non-intended use
Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function (minor scratches or discolouration)
How to request a replacement
To get a replacement Huel Shaker part, we'll need:
Your original order number (the order where you received the Huel Shaker)
What part needs replacing (cap, seal, lid, grid, etc.)
Description of the issue (optional, but helps us)
A photo of the damage (required so we can assess eligibility)
What happens next
We'll review your photos and description to confirm the damage is a manufacturing defect or normal wear. If the Huel Shaker part qualifies, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost and send it out right away.
If the damage is due to misuse (e.g., blender use, dropping, physical damage), we can discuss alternative options with you — but replacement parts are only free for eligible manufacturing defects.
