Quick check: Is it actually missing?
Meal packets are pre-portioned — you don't need a scoop
Each Huel meal packet is a complete, ready-to-consume portion.
Simply add water or your liquid of choice directly to the packet — no scoop needed.
If you received packets but thought a scoop was missing, you have everything you need.
Daily Greens scoop is in the bag
Your Daily Greens scoop is included inside your Daily Greens bag.
Check inside the bag before thinking it's missing.
The scoop is reusable — keep it for future orders.
Starter kits include scoops — but only for powder
Only powder orders (v3.0, Black Edition, Complete Protein) come with a free scoop in your first order.
Meal packets don't include scoops because they're not needed.
If something genuinely is missing:
Check if your order was split into multiple parcels
Large or heavy Huel orders (e.g. Ready-to-Drink or bulk bundles) are often sent in multiple parcels.
Check your emails for additional tracking links — your missing item may be arriving in a separate parcel.
Check for packing errors
Occasionally, items may be mispacked in your Huel box.
Please take a clear photo of the shipping label on your box and another photo of the contents inside your box so we can investigate.
Check if starter kit items were added at checkout
Starter kit promotional items are only applied to a customer's first order.
If promotional items weren't included in your order confirmation email, they won't be included in your Huel order.
