I have received my delivery but there is something missing, what should I do?

Sorry to hear something's missing from your Huel order. Let's get it sorted. First, check a few common things — your item might be exactly where it should be.


Quick check: Is it actually missing?

Huel Meal Packets don't need a scoop

Each Huel Meal Packet is a complete, ready-to-consume portion. Simply add water or your liquid of choice directly to the packet. No scoop needed — if you received packets, you have everything you need.

Your Huel Daily Greens scoop is in the bag

Your Huel Daily Greens scoop is packed inside your Huel Daily Greens bag. Check inside before assuming it's missing. The scoop is reusable — keep it for future orders.

Huel Powder starter kits include scoops — but only for powder

Only Huel Powder orders (Powder v3.1, Huel Black Edition, Huel Complete Protein) come with a free scoop in your first order. Huel Meal Packets don't include scoops because they're not needed. Starter kit items, including a shaker, T-shirt, scoops, and booklet, are automatically included with your first order of Huel Powder. Returning customers should note that these items are not included with subsequent orders of Huel Powder.


If something genuinely is missing

Check if your Huel order was split into multiple parcels

Large or heavy Huel orders (especially Huel Ready-to-Drink, Daily A-Z or bulk bundles) often arrive in separate parcels. Check your emails for additional tracking links. Your missing Huel item may be arriving in a later package. Confirm whether your order was split across multiple parcels by reviewing all tracking emails. This ensures you have checked for all possible delivery updates.

Check for packing errors

Occasionally, items may be mispacked in your Huel box. Before you contact us, take: Provide clear photos to help investigate with the carrier, including the shipping label on the box, the condition of the box, and the items you received. If you no longer have the box, send a photo of the items you received.

This helps us investigate quickly.

Check if starter kit items were added at checkout

Starter kit promotional items are only applied to your first Huel order. If promotional items weren't listed in your order confirmation email, they won't be included in your Huel delivery. Starter kit items are limited to one per customer and are only included automatically with the first order of Huel Powder.


Something still missing?

Our team will arrange a solution for you. You can opt for either a refund for the missing items or a replacement shipment. If you prefer a replacement, confirm your delivery address.
