My order arrived with a damaged bag — what should I do?

When a bag arrived torn, ripped, or unsealed, this is a food safety matter. Huel cannot guarantee the safety of product from a compromised package, regardless of how it looks.

Is it safe to consume?

If the bag wasn't sealed when it arrived, we cannot guarantee the safety of the product. Even if the powder looks and smells normal, we recommend you dispose of the bag and its contents to be safe.

What to do:

Dispose of the damaged bag — Don't use the product if the bag integrity is compromised

Gather the details:

Your order number

A photo of the damaged bag

The batch number (printed on the back of the pouch)

Let us know — Share these details with us and we'll take it from here

We'll send you a replacement bag at no cost
