You can return your Huel order for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Huel offers a Money Back Guarantee for first-time Huel orders up to £70, with a £10 handling fee deducted from the refund.
How to start a Huel return
Option 1: Return through your account
Log into your Huel Account at huel.com
Click on Order History
Find the Huel order you want to return and click View Order
Click Create a Return
From there, you'll be able to select the Huel product(s) you want to return and choose a reason for return. A member of our Customer Experience team will follow up with next steps.
Option 2: Return by post
Alternatively, you can manually return your Huel order by sending it directly to our warehouse. Include a note in the package with:
Your Huel order number
Full name
Delivery address
Reason for return- Ensure the note inside the package is complete and accurate to avoid delays in processing your return.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after your Huel return is received or proof of postage is provided- Use a tracked shipping service and retain the shipping receipt as proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
