How EU customers can request invoices for their Huel orders by contacting the Customer Experience team, what information to provide, and what your invoice includes.

To request an invoice for your Huel order, contact our Customer Experience team. EU customers cannot download invoices directly from their account — our team will generate and email your invoice to you.

How to Request Your Invoice

Say "talk to a human" and provide our Customer Experience team with:

  • Your order number (from your order confirmation email)

  • The email address associated with your order

Our team will generate your invoice and email it to you.

When Invoices Are Available

Invoices are generated after your Huel order has been processed and fulfilled. Allow 24 hours after fulfilment, then contact our Customer Experience team to request your invoice.

What Your Invoice Includes

  • Order details and items ordered

  • Billing information and address

  • Shipping address

  • Payment method and total amount charged

  • Order date and confirmation number

Checked Out as a Guest?

If you placed your order without creating a Huel account, simply provide your order number and email address when requesting your invoice. Our team will email it to you.
