To receive an invoice or receipt for your Huel order:

Your order number (from your order confirmation email)
The email address associated with your order
Our team will email your invoice directly to you.
When invoices are available
Invoices are generated after your order has been fulfilled. Allow 24 hours after fulfillment for your invoice to be ready, then contact our Customer Experience team to request it.
What your invoice includes
Your Huel order invoice will reflect:
Order details and items ordered
Billing information and address
Shipping address
Payment method and total amount charged
Order date and confirmation number
