Can I get a receipt or invoice for my order?
Yes — you can download a receipt or invoice for your order directly from your Huel account.
For UK customers
Invoices are generated automatically and will be available to download 24 hours after your order has been fulfilled. You can download your invoice yourself — no need to contact us.
How to download your invoice
Log into your Huel Account at https://uk.huel.com/account/login.
Go to Order History.
Select the order you need an invoice for.
Click Download Invoice (or View Invoice) to save a copy to your records.
Important to know
Invoices for your Huel order reflect the billing and shipping details you entered at checkout.
If you checked out as a guest, your order won't appear in your account. Say the word and we'll email your invoice to you.
