Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

Our fulfillment team works quickly to get Huel orders picked and packed, which means it's often not possible to edit your Huel order once it's been placed.


If you need to edit your Huel order

If your Huel order has only just been placed, say "talk to a human" and we'll connect you with a specialist as soon as possible. We'll try to catch your Huel order before it ships.

In some cases, we may be able to help with small changes such as flavour swaps or product edits, but this isn't guaranteed once your Huel order is in processing.


If your Huel order has already shipped

Unfortunately, we can't make any changes once your Huel order has shipped.

For your Huel subscription orders

You can freely edit your Huel subscription items, flavours, and delivery dates before your next renewal:

  1. Log into your Huel Account at https://uk.huel.com/account/login

  2. Go to My Subscriptions

  3. Select Manage Subscription

  4. Edit your Huel subscription items, flavours, or delivery dates as needed

Changes to your Huel subscription will apply to your next renewal.
