Our fulfilment team works quickly to get Huel orders picked and packed, which means it's often not possible to edit your order once it's been placed.
What you can do if you need to edit your Huel order
If your Huel order has only just been placed, say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist as soon as possible. We'll try to catch your order before it ships.
In some cases, we may be able to help with small changes such as flavour swaps or product edits, but this isn't guaranteed once your Huel order is in processing.
If your Huel order has already shipped
Unfortunately, we can't make any changes once your order has shipped.
You may still be able to arrange a return once your parcel arrives (see our Returns policy).
For your Huel subscription orders
You can freely edit your subscription items, flavours, and delivery dates under My Subscriptions > Manage Subscription before your next renewal.
