Option 2: Larger address changes (different town or country)
If you need to change your Huel delivery address to a completely different location (like a different town or country), you cannot use the My DPD app. Instead, contact Huel support immediately.
How to change your Huel delivery address for larger changes:
Say "talk to a human" immediately
Provide your Huel order number to the Huel specialist
Provide your correct Huel delivery address (the new address where you want your Huel order delivered)
A Huel specialist will check the status of your Huel order and attempt to update your Huel delivery address in our system
Important: If your Huel order has already been picked and packed by Huel's warehouse team, a Huel specialist may not be able to update your Huel delivery address — it may be too late to change the delivery address once your Huel order is in the packing stage.
Important details about changing your Huel delivery address
Once your Huel order is out for delivery — You can no longer change your Huel delivery address. Once your Huel order leaves the delivery carrier's local depot for final delivery, address changes are not possible.
If your Huel parcel is delivered to the wrong address — If your Huel parcel is delivered to the wrong address because you provided incorrect delivery details when placing your Huel order, Huel cannot guarantee recovery of your Huel parcel.
