You may be able to change your delivery address after placing your Huel order, but it depends on the timing.
UK deliveries (DPD)
Once your Huel order has shipped, you can update the delivery address directly in the My DPD app.
This works best for small changes within the same local area (e.g. house number or safe place).
For larger address changes (different town or country)
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.
If your Huel order has already been picked and packed, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
Important to know
Once your Huel order is out for delivery, address changes are no longer possible.
If your parcel is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect delivery details you provided, Huel cannot guarantee recovery of your order.
