Huel accounts no longer use passwords. For added security, you now log in using a one-time verification code sent to your email address instead.
Steps to log in
To log in to your Huel account, follow these steps:
Go to Huel Account Login
Enter the email address associated with your Huel account and click Continue
Check your email inbox for a 6-digit verification code (should arrive within a few minutes, and expires after 10 minutes)
Enter the code on the Enter your code screen
Click Verify & log in to access your account
Your Huel password has now been reset.
I didn't receive the verification code email from Huel
If you don't receive the verification code email within a few minutes, try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Check your spam or junk folder
The password reset email from Huel may have been filtered as spam. Search your spam and junk folders for an email from Huel or from uk@help.huel.com. Ensure that you are using the most recent password reset email, as older emails may have expired and will not work.
Step 2: Add Huel's email to your safe sender list
Add uk@help.huel.com to your email's safe sender list or contacts. This ensures future password reset emails from Huel are delivered to your inbox. (Instructions vary by email provider — check your email provider's help center if unsure.)
Step 3: Check your email inbox storage
Make sure your email inbox has enough available space to receive new emails. A full inbox may prevent the password reset email from Huel from arriving.
Step 4: Clear your browser cache and cookies Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve issues caused by stored data interfering with the password reset process. After clearing your cache, retry the reset process using the latest password reset email.
Step 4: Still no password reset email from Huel?
If you've tried all the above steps and still haven't received the password reset email from Huel, say "talk to a human" and our team will help you reset your Huel password.
Can I log in on my mobile phone?
The password reset email from Huel should arrive within 10–15 minutes. If you don't receive the password reset email from Huel within 15 minutes, check your spam folder (see "I didn't receive the password reset email from Huel" above) or say "talk to a human" for assistance.
Can I reset my Huel password on my mobile phone?
Yes, the same steps apply on mobile:
Go to Huel Account Login on your mobile browser
Enter your email and request your verification code
Enter the code to log in
The password reset email from Huel will work on any device, so you can start the reset on your mobile phone and complete it on your computer, or vice versa.

Code validity: Verification codes contain 6 digits and expire after 10 minutes
Incorrect attempts: Entering an incorrect code 3 times results in a temporary 15-minute lockout
Correct email address: You must use the email address associated with your Huel order
No password needed: A new code is sent to your email every time you log in

You can reset your Huel password anytime — even if you're not currently logged into your Huel account
The password reset link expires — The password reset link in the password reset email from Huel will expire after a set time. Check your email and complete the Huel password reset promptly (usually within 24 hours)
Log in immediately after reset — You can log into your Huel account immediately with your new Huel password after completing the reset
Password reset is secure — Your Huel password reset email contains a unique link that only works for your account. Don't share this link with anyone
