Huel accounts no longer use passwords. For added security, you now log in using a one-time verification code sent to your email address each time.
How to log in
To log in to your Huel account, follow these steps:
Enter your email address and click Continue
We'll send a 6-digit verification code to your email, valid for 10 minutes
Enter the code and click Verify & log in
Your new Huel password will take effect immediately after you save the changes.
When you create a new Huel password, follow these guidelines to ensure your Huel account is secure:
Use at least 8 characters in your new Huel password
Include a mix of character types — uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols in your new Huel password
Don't reuse Huel passwords — Avoid reusing Huel passwords you've used before or passwords from other accounts or websites
Avoid personal information — Don't use personal information (like your name or email) in your new Huel password
If you've forgotten your current Huel password and can't log into your Huel account, you cannot use these steps to change your Huel password. Instead, use the password reset process:
Go to the Huel Account Login page
Click Forgot your password? on the login page
Follow the steps in the password reset email to create a new Huel password
Important details about logging in
You log in with a one-time verification code — there's no password to set or forget.
Logging in anytime: Request a new login code anytime — you don't need to be currently logged in.
Code validity: Verification codes contain 6 digits and expire after 10 minutes.
Incorrect attempts: Entering an incorrect code 3 times results in a temporary 15-minute lockout.
Correct email address: You must use the email address associated with your Huel order.
