If you can't log in to manage your Huel subscription, here are some steps to try.
Step 1: Check your login details
Make sure you're using the same email address you used when you set up your Huel subscription. If you're not sure which email is linked to your Huel subscription, search your inboxes for past Huel order confirmations.
Step 2: Reset your Huel account password
If you can't remember your Huel password, you can reset it:
Click Forgot your password? and follow the steps to reset your Huel password

Step 3: Check you're on the correct regional Huel store
Huel accounts are store-specific (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.). If you're logging into the wrong regional Huel store, your Huel subscription won't appear.
Switch to your correct regional store:
On desktop: Look for the country flag icon in the upper right corner of the website
On mobile: Check the lower left corner for the region selector
Use the flag selector to switch to your correct regional Huel store.
Step 4: Clear your browser
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies to resolve login issues:

Switch to another browser or device
Is your Huel account activated?
If you cannot log in because your Huel account was never activated, you need to set up and activate your account using the email linked to your Huel subscription.
Steps to activate your Huel account:
Go to the Huel account registration page
Register using the same email address linked to your Huel subscription
Set your Huel password and complete the registration process
Once your Huel account is activated, you will be able to log in and manage your Huel subscription.
