I can't log in to manage my subscription

If you can't log in to manage your Huel subscription, here are some steps to try:

1. Check your login details

  • Make sure you're using the same email address you used when you set up your Huel subscription.

  • If you're not sure which email is linked to your subscription, search your inboxes for past Huel order confirmations.

2. Reset your Huel account password

3. Check you're on the correct regional store

  • Huel accounts are store-specific (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.).

  • If you're logging into the wrong regional Huel store, your subscription won't appear.

  • Use the flag selector at the bottom of the website to switch to your correct regional store.

4. Try clearing your browser

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Try logging in with an incognito/private window.

  • Switch to another browser or device.
