I can't log in to my account, what do I do?

Quick check: Can you actually log in?


If you're logged in but your subscription isn't showing:

1. Wrong regional store

  • Each Huel store (UK, EU, US, SE, etc.) is separate.

  • If you log in to the wrong region, your subscription won't appear.

  • 👉 Switch stores using the flag at the top or bottom of the website.

2. Guest checkout subscription with a different email account If your subscription was placed as a guest checkout, it's tied to that email — not to a separate account you may have created later.

What this means:

  • Your guest checkout subscription and your account are separate

  • They cannot be "linked" together

  • To manage your subscription through one account, you need to consolidate to one email

What we'll do: Say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist who will:

  • Identify which email/account you want to keep using

  • Close the other account

  • Move your subscription to your chosen email account

  • You'll then be able to manage everything in one place

3. Duplicate accounts Sometimes customers accidentally set up more than one account with different emails (e.g. personal vs work email).

What this means:

  • Subscriptions are tied to the specific email used at checkout

  • If you have accounts under different emails, you need to consolidate to one

4. Forgot your password?

  • Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?"

  • Follow the steps to reset your password

  • Log in with your new password

5. Still can't log in or find your subscription? If none of the above apply, say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist to investigate. Have your email address and order number ready.
