Where do I see my Required Skills?

After logging in to Smart Skills, you'll see all the teams you belong to. You can be part of multiple teams and each team contains skills that have been assigned to you by your manager. To view the skills you need to develop, click on one of the teams from your home screen.

Checking the Status of Your Skills

Within each team, you will see an overview of the status of your skills and a list of all the skills required for this team. There are 3 possible statuses for your skills:

Available - skills you still need to work on

  • These skills are shown with an empty circle and progress bar. The progress bar indicates your progression through the learning activities

  • Click on the skill to see your current level versus the required level. The required level is the level you need to reach for this skill

Waiting - skills pending approval from your manager

  • These skills are shown with a filled circle and the status 'Waiting approval'

  • When you click the skill, you will see a message that this skill is pending confirmation from your manager

Approved - skills for which you have reached the required level or higher

  • These skills are shown with a checkmark

  • Click on the skill to see your current level, who approved the level, and when it was approved

  1. Click one of the Teams available in your app

  2. Note the status of your Skills (Available, Waiting, & Approved)

  3. Review the list of required Skills for this team and check your progress

  4. Click on a Skill

  5. Note your Current Skill Level and the Required Skill Level
If you've already reached the required level, you will see your current level, who approved the level, and the date on which it was approved.
