Re-Assessing a Skill Level πŸ”
Updated over 5 months ago

You may need to re-assess a skill level to reflect changes in an employee's abilities.

When to Re-Assess a Skill Level

You can re-assess a skill level for any skill with the status Approved. This allows you to adjust an employee's skill level after they have reached the required level.

You may need to:

  • Set the skill level higher: If an employee's abilities are now higher than the required level and you want to reflect this in their skills matrix

  • Set the skill level lower: If an employee's abilities have declined below the required level and they need to review the learning materials again

πŸ’‘Note: If you would like to adjust a skill with the status 'In progress' or 'Approval needed', follow the steps for assessing a skill.
