Throughout your learning journey, you will receive notifications that allow you to track your progress. Each time your manager assesses you at a new skill level, you will receive a notification from the Smart Skills app with your new level and feedback:
There are three different notifications you can receive after your manager has submitted your assessment:

You receive this notification when you have reached the required level or higher
You've upskilled yourself!
You've upskilled yourself!
You receive this notification when you have reached a higher level than your current level, but you haven't yet reached the required level
Skill still needs work
Skill still needs work
You receive this notification when you have been assessed a lower level than your current level and you haven't yet reached the required level
