What is an Assessment Request?
Requesting an assessment is the process of asking your manager or trainer to validate your skill level. Once you send the request, your manager will assess your current skill level and provide feedback.
Before submitting an assessment request, review the skills and learning activities
A self-assessment allows you to reflect on your capabilities and select the skill level you believe matches your current performance. This information will be shared with your manager or trainer
After Submitting an Assessment Request:
You will see a notification confirming the request has been submitted
The status of your skill will change to 'Waiting approval'
Requesting a Skill Assessment
Click on one of the Teams available in your app
Click on the Skill you would like to submit for assessment
Note your Current Skill Level and the Required Skill Level
Check if your Learning Activities have been marked as Completed
Click SUBMIT FOR REVIEW
