STM User Creation

Creating an STM user allows access to the machines through the STM software.
These users can interact with the machines but do not have access to the STS supervision software, ensuring that operations remain secure and limited to the necessary functions.


Machine User Types

Several user profiles can be configured depending on operational needs.


1️⃣ Operator → Standard user profile

Access:

  • item withdrawal

  • item return


2️⃣ Team Leader → Profile intended for team leaders or HR-related roles

Access:

  • item withdrawal

  • item return

  • badge assignment to users


3️⃣ Replenisher → Profile dedicated to machine refilling

Access:

  • unit refilling of machines (slot-by-slot refilling)

  • item withdrawal

  • item return

  • badge assignment to users


4️⃣ Expert Replenisher → Advanced profile for machine management

Access:

  • unit refilling

  • advanced refilling (door open mode)

  • item withdrawal

  • item return

  • badge assignment to users


5️⃣ Supervisor → User who already has an STS account and also needs access to the machines

Characteristics:

  • account created from STS

  • user information copied to STM

  • allows the user to badge in and operate the machines

Access:

  • unit refilling

  • advanced refilling (door open mode)

  • item withdrawal

  • item return

  • badge assignment to users
