18) ABM Microsites

One page per account = clarity.

Updated over a month ago

Build a personalized, on-site microsite for each strategic account - so champions can align stakeholders with one shareable link and a single, focused next step.

Who it’s for

  • Enterprise AEs & Account Teams running ABM

  • Sales Engineers / Solutions Consultants

  • Product Marketing & Enablement supporting 1:1 deals

Why it matters

Personalization wins consensus. Complex deals die in scattered decks and email threads; a 1:1 page becomes the account’s source of truth - tailored proof, relevant chapters, and one clear CTA that moves stages.

How it works (TOF → MOF → BOF)

TOF (Personalized opener clip):

Record a 20–40s video: “Why this matters for [Company].” Name their goals, timeline, and one measurable outcome. Share via email/LinkedIn DM; link to the microsite on your domain (not YouTube).

MOF (On-site 1:1 microsite):

A Replay page that includes:

  • Branding: [Company logo], their colors (light touch), named stakeholders

  • Chapters: Problem Fit → Solution Walkthrough → Proof/Results (matched to their industry/size) → Next Steps

  • Artifacts: curated case snippets, ROI snapshot, security/integration links relevant to their stack

  • Transcript + searchable timeline for fast internal forwarding

  • One focused CTA visible above the fold and after chapters

BOF (Decision & scheduling):

Primary CTA: “Book a fit check.” (embedded calendar, pre-filled agenda)
Secondary (optional): “See it on your data” · “Download the exec brief.”

KPIs: Stakeholder views (unique domains) · Meetings set · Stage progression · Time-to-next step

Automation tips: New domain view from the account → ping the AE with viewer, chapter watched, and a suggested outreach; repeated views of Proof/Results → auto-send matched case bundle; exec-domain view → trigger founder/VP note + briefing invite.

Give champions a shareable source of truth. When the right people see the right proof with one clear action, momentum becomes measurable.
