To turn on Pharmacy Delivery -
Click on Settings in the header of the Portal.
Choose which type of patient you wish to turn on - Your Patients or Marketing patients or both by clicking on them individually.
Click the button to turn on. For this example we have chosen Your Patients - so those who you have signed up using In store - QR code or ODS code.
4. You will be asked to confirm that you want to turn delivery on.
5. Confirm by clicking Turn on Delivery and Pharmacy Delivery will be activated for your chosen patients.
6. You can now choose your delivery radius by changing the drop down and pressing save, however the default is set to 3 miles so if you are happy with that then you don't need to do anything.
7. You can repeat the process for Marketing Patients when this is live.
8. Delivery is now activated for your chosen patients
