The orange truck icon is displayed when the patient has requested Pharmacy Delivery for their order - so delivery from your pharmacy.

The green pharmacy icon against an order indicates that the patient has requested a Pharmacy Collection for their order.

Patients are only permitted to request pharmacy delivery when you have decided that you wish to offer it.

You can choose to offer this in Settings and set your delivery radius.
