Can I change an order from Delivery to Collection or Collection to Delivery?

Right now you are currently unable to switch an order from Delivery to Collection or vice versa in the Portal

If you need to change an order from Delivery to Collection or vice versa, please contact the patient and make them aware of the change, then change the order status in the portal through to ‘Completed’.
