All status changes except Cancelled and Collected/ Delivered send a notification.

If you have an order where the patient has already collected it or got delivered to the patient but it has not been moved to Complete in the Portal, then you can use Collected/ Delivered status to move it to Completed orders. This will not send a notification to the patient.

The status(s) with cancelled bell icon will not send notification.
