A push notification is a short message that is displayed on the patient’s phone if they have consented to push notifications on the Hey Pharmacist app.

It's a quick way of getting updates to patients.

Push notifications are used to notify patients of their order status in the Portal, such as when their order status has been changed to Completed and will tell then that their order is 'Ready to Collect'.
