The Issues screen is there to help you track any orders that have had a problem or you are waiting for action from someone else.
If there is a problem with any of your patient orders, you can select the Contact GP or Contact Us status on any screen and the patient will be notified accordingly.
Contact GP - the patient will be asked to contact their own GP
Contact US - the patient will be asked to contact your pharmacy
When you change the order status to either of these, the order will be moved to the Issues screen.
You can change the status of the order on this screen to any status once the issue is resolved and it will return to the correct screen for action.
