⏺️ How to return a MyPop vehicle
After you cancelled your contract, our team will schedule a time with you for the return or pickup of the vehicle.
Here’s what happens next:
🧾 Vehicle inspection
Together with our team, you’ll inspect the vehicle to ensure everything is in order.
📸 Photos & documentation
We’ll take photos of the vehicle (together with you) and both parties will sign a check-in report.
💰 Deposit refund
Your deposit will be refunded after the inspection, minus any costs if applicable:⛽ Missing fuel (vehicle must be returned with a full tank)
🧼 Cleaning fee (if the car needs a wash)
📈 Extra mileage driven
🔧 Damage not present at pickup
🔍 What condition should the vehicle be in?
We inspect the car following Renta’s official standards, the same guidelines used by all rental and leasing companies in Belgium.
🧾 How the process works:
Photos are taken together at the return
We compare the check-in and check-out reports
If no new damage is found, no extra charges apply
💡 Don’t stress if the car already had a few scratches when you picked it up, we’ve documented those during the initial inspection, and only new damage is considered.
