Each billing period = 1 month.
❌ Want to cancel your rental?
You can cancel any time after the first month, but be sure to:
Cancel at least 14 days before your next billing date
Do it through your customer profile on the MyPop website
Ensure the vehicle is returned before the end of the current billing period
⚠️ If we receive your cancellation too late and the car isn’t returned on time, your rental will extend for one more month.
❌ Want to end your rental before the agreed end date?
If you decide to end your non-flexible MyPop contract (or any contract longer than 1 month) before the agreed end date, an early cancellation fee will apply. This fee is made up of two parts:
Remaining months fee:
You will be charged 50€ for every full month left on your contract that you do not use.
Discount adjustment:
Because you chose a contract longer than 1 month, you received a monthly discount. If you end your contract early, you lose that discount. This means we will charge you an additional amount to correct the difference between the discounted price you paid and the standard monthly price.
Example: If you initially chose a 9 month contract, but a 6 month option was possible, we will adjust the pricing to match the 6 month rate.
This ensures fairness between short-term and long-term contracts.
🚘 How to return the vehicle
Once your cancellation is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule the return.
You can choose between:
Free return to Vilvoorde:
Drop off your car Monday to Friday, between 9:00 – 16:00
Home pick-up (€139 incl. VAT):
We’ll collect the car at your address on a weekday that suits you.
🔍 Vehicle return process
🧾 Inspection:
Together with our team, you’ll inspect the car.
📸 Photos & documentation:
We take photos together and both parties sign a check-in report.
💰 Deposit refund:
You’ll get your deposit back minus any of the following (if applicable):
⛽ Missing fuel (car must be returned with a full tank)
🧼 Cleaning fee (if the car needs a wash)
📈 Extra mileage
🔧 New damage (not present during pickup)
📋 Condition standards:
We use Renta’s official standards, standard across all Belgian rental companies.
Only new damage is taken into account, don’t worry about old scratches already documented during pickup.
