The My Opportunities dashboard provides you with a single view where you can review, take action and track the progress of various business opportunities.
This is not limited to just the opportunities that you have saved as having potential to participate in, but it also includes direct invitations from buyers to bid.
In addition, My Opportunities keeps a record of your active bids and past bids submitted through the Mercell Tendering and Bidding platform.
For supply-side users, My Opportunities is the default home page and can be accessed at any time using the Home icon in the left-side menu.
Note: Even if you have supply-side access and paid functionalities, the sections visible on your Home page may vary depending on additional permissions assigned to your organisation. If you need clarification on this, please contact Mercell Support.
Navigation Options
The My Opportunities dashboard is divided into four main sections: Saved, Invitations, Active Bids, and Past Bids.
Here you can find descriptions for each:
Saved: If you have saved an opportunity from either the Explore or Monitoring Inbox functions, it will appear on this main dashboard. The Saved Opportunities essentially shows you all opportunity cards that you have bookmarked and saved.
Note: Any opportunity that is saved will also automatically turn on Start watching. You will then receive email notifications as updates are made to the opportunity.
You can stop watching the opportunity from the watch list by deselecting the eye icon.
Invitations: This section lists all opportunities where you have been invited to submit a bid through the Mercell Bidding platform.
When you receive an invitation, you will be notified via email and through an in-platform notification. The Invitations tab will also be highlighted. You can choose to accept or reject the invitation.
Active bids: All ongoing bids you have accepted or submitted through Mercell Bidding are displayed here, clearly showing their status and deadline date. You can use the status filter and sorting options to quickly locate a specific bid.
Past bids: All your Mercell Bidding past bids can be found here. A bid is considered 'past' when it is marked as Unawarded, Awarded, or Disqualified. Status filters and sorting options are available to help you find previous submissions easily.
