All your past bids can be found in the Past Bids tab on the My Opportunities dashboard.
A bid is classified as past when it falls into one of the following bid statuses: Unawarded, Awarded, Disqualified, or No Bids.
Note: The bid status shown applies only to the supplier account you are currently logged in as. It does not indicate whether the opportunity has been awarded to another supplier.
Each business opportunity card displays the relevant bid status. You can use the Status filter and sorting options to quickly locate specific opportunities.
If you have the Organisation Administrator role, you can also view tenders that were sent to other colleagues within your organisation.
Filter your Past Bids
If you want to filter specific bid statuses where you or your colleagues made a bid, follow the steps below:
Click the Bid Status drop-down menu.
Select one or more of the four available options:
No bids: An invitation to bid was accepted, but no bid was submitted.
Unawarded: A bid was submitted but was not awarded.
Awarded: A submitted bid was successfully awarded.
Disqualified: A submitted bid was disqualified by the buyer.
The results will display only past bids that match your selected status.
Sort your Past Bids
You can also sort your bids by due date:
Select the Bid due date (earliest) to display the bids with the earliest due dates first.
Select the Bid due date (latest) to display the bids with the most recent due dates first.
This helps you quickly organise and review your past opportunities based on their submission deadlines.
