You need to have the Organisation administrator role to add users to your organisation.
The first person to register an account for the organisation will automatically become the Organisation Administrator. This administrator will then need to assign roles to the colleagues who register after them.
To create a new user as an Organisation Administrator.
On the left side menu, you will find the cog icon for Settings. Select this to open General Settings.
From there, you can select User management.
Select Add user.
Complete the required fields (marked with an asterisk *). Optional fields can be filled in if needed.
The account status is set to Active by default. Change this if login access needs to be delayed.
Click Save to create the user.
The user account is created with Basic User access by default. An email notification is automatically sent to the registered email address, containing a temporary password and instructions on how to log in.
During their first login, the user will be prompted to accept the Terms and Conditions before accessing the system.
If the user also requires the Organisation Administrator role, take a look at this article that instructs you to change permission Roles, Add or change user roles in your organisation.
Adding users to Organisation units.
If your company has any organisational (child) units and you need to add existing users to one of them:
On the left side menu, you will find the cog icon for Settings. Select this to open General Settings.
From there, you can select User management.
Search for the user you want to update and open the user’s details by selecting Edit via the 3-dot menu on the right side.
Click Roles to view which rights and organisation units the user currently has.
Click on Add permissions on the right-hand side to add an additional unit.
On the left, you will find the Organisation search bar, where you can see all Organisation units your company holds.
Select the appropriate Roles for the user within the organisation unit.
Click Save to apply the changes.
If your company has multiple organisational (child) units and you want to add the same user to all of them at once, this can only be done if the user is linked to the parent organisation of those units.
Follow steps 1–4 from the previous section to locate and edit the user.
Click Edit next to the parent organisation.
Tick the box ‘Apply selected roles to all child units of [Your Organisation]’.
Click Save to apply the changes.
The user will now be granted access with the same roles across all organisation (child) units under the parent organisation.
