Check-in appointment

A check-in appointment will be scheduled with LIV Residential.

You will receive the date, time and location in advance.

Please make sure you arrive on time.

Key handover

During the check-in, you will receive the keys to the property.

From that moment on, you are responsible for the property.

Property inspection

Together with LIV Residential, you will inspect the condition of the property. This includes checking:

  • The general condition

  • Any existing damages

  • Installations and facilities

Recording of damages

All damages and remarks will be recorded in an inspection report, often including photos.

Please review this report carefully before approving it. This document is important for the check-out.

Noticed something afterwards?

Do you notice anything after the check-in that is not included in the report?

Report this as soon as possible (preferably within a few days), so it can still be added.

Important to know

  • The inspection report will be used at check-out

  • Damages not included in the report may be charged to you

  • Always keep the report for your own records
