Where can I nominate someone?
You can nominate tenants through LIV Residential. As soon as you have terminated your lease, you will find a link in the confirmation of your termination notice where you can nominate someone.
Please note: a new tenant must also meet the rental requirements for the specific rental property. LIV Residential will therefore also collect all regular documentation from the prospective tenant for assessment (the screening).
LIV Residential reserves the right to reject a nominated candidate at any time.
