House key transfer
You have signed your lease and the start date is getting closer. You will receive a message from us when the check-in takes place. At check-in you will be given the key to your home and you will formally sign for receipt.
Have you not yet received a message from us? Please contact your representative within LIV.
Key transfer to parking lot or garage
The transfer of access documents for a parking space or garage is in principle handed over to you at the same time as the transfer of the key to a home.
Are you already a residential tenant and will you be renting a parking space or garage at a later date? Your manager will then contact you separately about how the key, pass or tag will be handed over to you after the rental agreement has been signed. This may differ per building.
