The way you access the parking garage may differ per building.
Always check the instructions provided during key handover or in your welcome email.
In general, the following systems are used:
1. License Plate Recognition
Your license plate is registered in advance.
The barrier will open automatically when the system recognizes your plate.
Note: If your license plate changes, please inform us via the chat in the LIV app or by email.
2. Access Card
You will receive a physical card.
Hold the card in front of the reader to open the barrier.
If the card is lost or defective, report this immediately via the LIV app or email, so it can be blocked and replaced.
3. Tag / Fob
A tag or fob works the same way as an access card. Hold it in front of the reader until the barrier opens.
In case of loss or malfunction, please report it via the LIV app or by email.
