I have a query about crypto – who can help?

Crypto accounts at IG Markets Singapore are managed by Independent Reserve. For any crypto-related queries, you'll need to contact Independent Reserve directly.

There are two ways to do this from within the app:

- Account page: Go to your Account &gt; scroll to Support &gt; tap Contact IR
- Help &amp; FAQs: Go to Help &amp; FAQs &gt; Crypto (Independent Reserve) &gt; open a relevant article &gt; tap Get IR Support

Both options are only visible if you have an active crypto account.

Q1. What cryptocurrencies can I buy and sell?

Independent Reserve supports more than 30 cryptocurrencies, including:

- Tether USD (USDT)
- USD Coin (USDC)
- Tether Gold (XAUT)

- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- XRP (XRP)
- Solana (SOL)
- Cardano (ADA)
- Dogecoin (DOGE)

Q2. Does Independent Reserve support stablecoins?

Yes. Stablecoins including USD Coin (USDC) and Tether (USDT) are supported on various networks.
