What details needs to be reflected for the uploading of Bank/Card Statements?
Please upload a Bank Statement which reflects the following details:
Full Name of Account Holder
Bank Number
Bank Name/Logo
For card transactions, kindly provide a Card Statement reflecting;
Full Name
Card number (credit card)/Bank account number (Debit card)
Deposit made to IG
Bank Name/logo
Where can I upload my Bank/Card Statements?
Clients are to upload these documents for verification to proceed with any withdrawals.
You can either do so buy clicking onto “Withdraw” seen in the Portfolio Tab. Or
Navigating to the account profile illustrated on the top-right with your initials and click into “Documents” and select “Withdrawal Verification”.
