How to complete withdrawal verification:
Open the IG Markets app
Navigate to Portfolio → Withdraw
Click "Upload Statements to Verify" when prompted
Upload your bank statement
Your bank statement must show:
Your full legal name (matching your IG account)
Your bank account number
Your bank name and logo
What happens next:
Verification typically completes within minutes for clear documents
You'll be able to see the result of verification once it has been approved
Future withdrawals to the same bank account won't require re-verification
