Withdrawals must always return to the same source you used for your deposit. The documents required depend on your deposit method.
If you deposited via Bank Account / PayNow
Please provide both of the following:
Bank statement – must show your full name, account number, and the bank’s logo.
Proof of deposit – must show:
deposit amount,
deposit date,
your bank account number, and
IG’s bank details.
Once your documents have been verified, you can withdraw funds back to your bank account.
If you deposited via Apple Pay / Card
Credit card deposits – no additional verification is required. Funds will be returned to the same credit card.
Debit card deposits – treated the same as a bank deposit, and can only be withdrawn back to your bank account. You’ll need to provide:
a bank statement (full name, account number, bank logo), and
proof of deposit (amount, date, account number, IG’s bank details).
If your card or bank account has been closed or terminated:
In this case, we must verify all your previous funding sources before processing your withdrawal.
For credit cards, please provide:
A card statement showing:
your full name,
your card number,
the deposit made to IG, and
the bank’s name/logo.
If the latest statement isn’t available, send instead:
a previous month’s card statement and
a screenshot of your deposit with that card.
We’ll link these documents using your card number to complete the verification.
