Can I schedule a send for a later date?

How to schedule a voucher send for a future date and time - available for email and SMS sends only.

Yes - when sending vouchers by email or SMS, you can schedule them to be sent at a future date and time. This is useful for coordinating sends across your team or timing vouchers for a specific event or date.

How to schedule a send

After adding your recipients and clicking Next, you will see the option to either send immediately or schedule for later. Select Schedule for later and choose the date and time you want the vouchers to go out.

How to change the date or time on a scheduled send

As long as the send hasn't gone out yet, you can change the scheduled date and time:

  1. Go to your Voucher History page from the left hand menu.

  2. Click the Orders tab at the top of the page.

  3. Find the relevant order in the list and click into it.

  4. Click the calendar icon next to Scheduled at the top of the order.

  5. Select a new date and time, then click Apply.

How to cancel a scheduled send

Scheduled sends can be cancelled at any point before they go out. After a send has been dispatched, it can still be cancelled as long as the voucher hasn't been redeemed. For full instructions, see: Can I cancel a voucher?

Can I schedule individual links or printable vouchers?

Scheduling is only available for email and SMS sends. Individual links and printable vouchers are generated immediately after payment and distributed by you, so scheduling does not apply.
