How to send vouchers by email

How to send welfare vouchers directly to recipients' email addresses using Huggg Payouts - including bulk uploading a CSV and scheduling sends.

Use this method to have Huggg send your voucher links directly to your recipients' email addresses.

Follow steps 1 to 3 of How to send a welfare voucher: overview first, then continue below.


Step 4: Select your delivery method

On the delivery method screen, select Email, sent by Huggg.


Step 5: Add your recipients

Enter your recipients' email addresses one at a time and click Add recipient after each one. To add several at once, click Bulk upload recipient details and upload a CSV file. Check everything over, then click Next.


Step 6: Set the expiry date

Choose the date on which the voucher link will expire. Recipients must open and claim their voucher before this date.


Step 7: Schedule or send now

Choose to send immediately, or schedule the send for a future date and time.


Step 8: Review and pay

Check your order summary, select a Reason code if applicable, and complete payment from your wallet balance or by card.

Once payment is confirmed, Huggg sends each recipient an email containing their unique voucher link.


Tips

  • Make sure email addresses are formatted correctly before submitting. Incorrectly formatted addresses won't receive the voucher.

  • Ask recipients to check their spam or junk folder if they don't receive the email. It comes from notify@huggg.me.
