Use this method to generate a PDF letter you can print and post, or hand directly to recipients. It's ideal for recipients who don't have a smartphone or email address.
Follow steps 1 to 3 of How to send a welfare voucher: overview first, then continue below.
Step 4: Select your delivery method
On the delivery method screen, select Create printable letters.
Step 5: Add recipient details
Enter the recipient's name and postal address. This is used to address the letter.
Step 6: Customise your letter
Upload your organisation's logo and write the body of the letter. The unique voucher code is included automatically.
Step 7: Set the expiry date
Choose the date on which the voucher will expire. Allow enough time for the letter to be delivered and for the recipient to use it.
Step 8: Review and pay
Check your order summary, select a Reason code if applicable, and complete payment from your wallet balance or by card.
Step 9: Download and print
Once payment is confirmed, download the PDF letter. Print it and post or hand it to your recipient. The letter contains a 16-digit code and instructions directing the recipient to huggg.me/claim to redeem their voucher.
Tips
Allow enough time for postal delivery when setting the expiry date.
Recipients need access to a smartphone or computer to redeem the voucher. If they don't have one, see What if I don't have a smartphone or internet access?
