How to send printable vouchers

How to generate a printable PDF letter containing a voucher code - ideal for recipients without a smartphone or email address.

Use this method to generate a PDF letter you can print and post or hand directly to recipients. This is ideal for recipients who do not have a smartphone or email address.

Follow steps 1-3 of the How to send a welfare voucher - overview first, then continue below.

Step 4 - Select your delivery method

On the delivery method screen, select Create printable letters.

Step 5 - Add recipient details

Enter the recipient's name and postal address. This will be used to address the letter.

Step 6 - Customise your letter

Upload your organisation's logo and write the body of the letter. The unique voucher code will be included automatically.

Step 7 - Set the expiry date

Choose the date on which the voucher will expire. Make sure you allow enough time for the letter to be delivered and for the recipient to use it.

Step 8 - Review and pay

Check your order summary, select a Reason code if applicable, and complete payment from your wallet balance or by card.

Step 9 - Download and print

Once payment is confirmed, download the PDF letter. Print it and post or hand it to your recipient. The letter will contain a 16-digit code and instructions directing the recipient to huggg.me/claim to redeem their voucher.

Tips

  • Allow enough time for postal delivery when setting the expiry date

  • Recipients will need access to a smartphone or computer to redeem the voucher - if they do not have one, see: What if I don't have a smartphone or internet access? in the Redeeming Vouchers section
