Understanding the Huggg Payouts home page

A quick guide to the Huggg Payouts dashboard - what each section of the home page does and how to navigate the platform.

When you log in to Huggg Payouts at vouchers.huggg.me, you land on the home page. Here is a quick guide to what everything does.

Left-hand sidebar

The sidebar is your main navigation and is always visible.

  • Send vouchers - takes you to the home page where you can browse and send vouchers

  • Voucher history - view all vouchers you have sent, check redemption status, cancel unredeemed links, and download reports

  • Teams - manage team members, create subteams, transfer funds and set up reason codes

  • Balance and HG reference number - shows your current wallet balance and your unique HG reference number. Click here to top up your wallet

  • Help - opens the Huggg Payouts help centre

  • How to videos - short video guides covering the most common platform tasks

Home page - voucher categories

The main area of the home page shows all available voucher types, grouped into two sections.

Delivered Goods

Physical items ordered on behalf of a recipient and delivered directly to their address.

  • Furniture and Home Goods - furniture, home bundles and small electricals

  • White Goods - large appliances such as washing machines, fridges and ovens

  • Keeping Warm - thermal clothing, insulation and warmth packs

Vouchers

Digital voucher links sent to recipients, who claim and spend them themselves.

  • Food - supermarkets, takeaways and coffee shops

  • Home - home essentials and household items

  • Energy and Water - gas, electricity and water, via PayPoint, Post Office, Energy Card or OneLink Energy

  • Cash - cash collected at PayPoint, Post Office or ATM

  • Children's Activities and Support - school uniform, stationery, holiday activities and more

  • Other Voucher Collections - clothing, footwear, transport and more
